Otterbein Senior Life Headquartered in Lebanon, Ohio, offers a variety of senior lifestyle options including independent and assisted living, skilled nursing and memory care in campus-style communities throughout Ohio and Indiana. This project involved new construction for four story, 45 unit senior living facility on the Lebanon campus. The Gallery has a bistro type cafe with one and two bedroom units, theater, entertainment, creative arts areas, amenities supporting health and wellness. It was completed in 2018.
