Advancement

Our tight-knit team is comprised of “seasoned” industry veterans who always make time for mentoring. Point One provides hands-on training to develop technical abilities, communication skills, and help pave the path to potential leadership.

Point One Design provides many opportunities for personal and career advancement. Continuing education, professional societies, trade fairs and manufacturer visits are encouraged and supported. We try to create an environment that adheres to the famous Richard Branson saying, “train people well enough so they can leave, treat them well enough so they don’t want to”.

Relationships

Establishing and maintaining “partnerships” with our clients is one of our most important and satisfying jobs. We pride ourselves on balancing a light-hearted atmosphere with a high attention to detail and strong work ethic.

In a fast-paced industry where consultants are a dime a dozen, it’s very gratifying to have so many well established relationships with long time clients and colleagues. We always look forward to opportunities to create new relationships in and out of the office as the business continues to evolve.”

No one should dread the idea of heading into the office — ever.

Our pace is fast, our deadlines are short, and the attention to detail is critical. All of these things are mostly out of our control, but what we can manage in our offices is a respectful, cooperative spirit throughout the day that considers everyone’s schedules, work habits, personal priorities and “space”. We try to keep the office as pleasant and informal as possible while still maintaining a professional atmosphere.

So, all set to work with us? Let’s have a conversation about the possibilities.
