Dave is a graduate of the Ohio State University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture. Working in the consulting engineering industry through college, he continued in engineering eventually founding Point One Design in 1993. Completing a merger with an established Cleveland area firm in 1999, he continues to manage the day-to-day operations in the Columbus office.
