With multiple locations throughout Ohio and Indiana, COhatch is the going standard for shared working environments, social, and family space built on community. COhatch offers members the services, activities and amenities to live a fully integrated life that balances work, family, well-being, community and giving back. COhatch has a proven ability to revitalize and repurpose existing, usually well known facilities in each community to provide their program of coworking, community space and amenities. Many of the spaces offer significant challenges to apply current day engineering systems due to age, space configuration, or scale. Point One Design has had the privilege of providing mechanical and electrical design services for COhatch in the following locations:
