A unique dining experience in the heart of Uptown Westerville, Ohio. This project involved a complete renovation of an existing long-time restaurant space in a 100+ year old building. Engineering for the kitchen, although replacing an existing pizza kitchen, still constituted a significant challenge to provide a working food preparation area that met the current building code and food service requirements.
